Couples & Relationship Growth

When conversations keep ending in frustration, or important things remain unsaid, it can be difficult to feel understood. You may care deeply about your relationship while feeling unsure how to express your needs or respond to recurring disagreements.

I offer personal written guidance for people who want to reflect on their relationships and approach everyday difficulties with greater clarity and respect. Each message receives a thoughtful, personal response from Yehuda Justman.

Together, we can explore a specific situation, clarify what matters to you, and prepare a realistic next step. This might mean making a clear request, listening more carefully, setting a boundary, or returning to a conversation that went badly.

All support takes place in writing, in English, Spanish, or French. This is personal support and practical guidance, not couples therapy, psychotherapy, or crisis support.

Finding Words for Difficult Conversations

Perhaps you feel unheard, disagree about responsibilities, or find that a small misunderstanding becomes a familiar argument. We can begin with one recent example and look at what you wanted to communicate, what you said, and how the conversation developed.

Our conversation can focus on expressing a concern without personal criticism, making a specific request, acknowledging your own part in a disagreement, or choosing a better time to talk.

You remain responsible for your decisions. The aim is to consider responses that reflect your values and circumstances, while recognizing that you cannot control another person’s choices.

Questions About Relationship Support

Can I reach out on my own?

Yes. You can seek guidance about your own experience even if your partner does not participate. We can focus on your communication, needs, boundaries, and choices without assuming we know your partner’s perspective.

What should I include in my first message?

Describe one recent situation, what each person said or did, and what you would like help with. You do not need to share your entire relationship history. Please avoid unnecessary identifying details about other people.

Can you help me prepare a message to my partner?

Yes. We can work on wording that expresses your concern, request, or boundary clearly and respectfully. You choose whether and when to use it. I cannot guarantee how your partner will respond.

Will you decide who is right?

My role is to help you reflect thoughtfully on what you describe, including your own responses and responsibilities. I hear the perspective you share and cannot independently establish what happened or judge someone who is not taking part.

Can we both participate?

Please contact me before booking if you would like both partners to participate. We would first need to clarify whether the format is suitable, how messages would be shared, and what each person agrees to. This service does not provide couples therapy.

Is this suitable if I feel afraid or unsafe in my relationship?

This service is not suitable for situations involving abuse, threats, coercion, or immediate danger. Seek individual support from a qualified professional or a specialist domestic abuse service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
