Experience & Background
Supporting Growth Since 1999
Since 1999, I have worked with young people in a range of educational and supportive roles, including many years of teaching and individual guidance.
At the heart of my work is a willingness to listen with empathy and look for the good in each person, even when they find it difficult to see that good in themselves. I seek to nurture hope, recognize strengths, and offer encouragement through moments of uncertainty or discouragement.
Alongside that encouragement, I offer practical guidance: helping each person find direction, choose manageable steps, and work toward meaningful goals. My hope is to help people move forward with greater confidence in their own abilities.
Training & Ongoing Learning
Alongside my work in education and personal support, I have pursued courses and further learning in coaching, emotional support, and understanding emotional and behavioral difficulties. My studies have included tools drawn from ACT and CBT, as well as ways to support people facing challenges related to ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, and marriage.
I continue to deepen my understanding through books, lectures, and reflection on everyday work. This ongoing learning helps me listen more carefully, recognize when additional help may be needed, and offer thoughtful, practical guidance.
My role at RemindPath is to provide personal support and guidance, rather than clinical diagnosis or psychotherapy.
